Hello! Emma here, thanks for stopping by!

It’s been fantastic meeting you online these past 12 months since our classes went digital due to the current world situation.   I’m thrilled to hear so much positive feedback, who would have thought that meeting up to meditate from home would be quite so fun. Intrigued? Here’s what you need to know….

🌹 What happens at the live stream class?

This is an hour long session divided into 2 halves, with a 5 minute pause in the middle. The class features breath work, relaxation, mindfulness, guided visualisation, alongside the occasional poem, sound (where appropriate) and simple moments of stillness and self recollection. Most importantly,  we’ll be sharing meditative activities that you will be able to remember and do for yourself on other occasions. Simply sit back,  relax and follow the gentle guidance.

A simple, calming,  life affirming class, followed by a little time for Q+A at the end. No experience necessary. 

🌹 How do you participate?

Once you book a place at my website you’ll be added to the class list and you’ll receive the information to join the class in your confirmation email. ( Be sure to check your emails spam file If you don’t receive your confirmation )

During the class you’ll be able to see and hear me on screen, live at my house or studio, teaching the class. How exciting! You can choose to have your video switched on if you’d like to wave and say hello and be seen, but you can also join silently with your camera and audio off, simply watching and listening. 

If you’d like a pass for each of the weekly live classes, as well as getting access to recordings of the sessions so that you catch up with class on demand 24/7,  and browse the library of this years previous classes, you might prefer to join The Garden at Emma Mills London, the monthly membership plan which costs £36.00 per month.

What should I wear / where should I sit?

Please wear what you feel comfy in and join the class either sitting in an upright chair, sitting cross legged on a floor pillow, or laying down somewhere comfortable. It’s lovely to be somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed.
