Private Meditation, Mindfulness and Insight Coaching With Emma Mills London
We’ll start meditating and learning practices in the first session and can build on those in subsequent sessions. Alongside our shared time together I can set you a personalised meditation plan to help establish you in a practice that works perfectly for you. You can book one appointment, or a series of sessions over the course of 6 months or one year.
In the first instance please make a booking and I will be in touch to book you in.
